These terms cover your use of Daqiq. They are written to be read rather than skimmed past. If anything here is unclear or seems unreasonable, write to us — we would rather fix the wording than rely on it.
By creating an account or using Daqiq, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so, and "you" means that company.
Daqiq connects to data sources you choose — file uploads, Google Sheets, and delivery platforms — and lets you build dashboards by asking questions in plain language. Features change as the product develops. We will not remove something you depend on without telling you first.
You keep all rights to the data you connect to Daqiq. You grant us only the permission needed to actually run the service: to store your data, process it to answer your questions, and display it back to you.
We do not sell your data, share it with other customers, or use it to train AI models. How we handle it is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Good-faith security research is welcome and is not a breach of this section. Please report findings to security@daqiq.me before disclosing them publicly, and do not access data belonging to anyone but yourself while testing.
When you connect Google Sheets or another provider, that provider's own terms continue to apply to your relationship with them. We are not responsible for their availability, and we cannot restore data that is changed or deleted at the source. Revoking our access at the provider will stop Daqiq from syncing.
Dashboards, figures, and answers in Daqiq are produced with the help of an AI model working over your data. This matters in practice:
The quality of the output also depends on the quality of the data you connect. A mislabelled column produces a confident, wrong chart.
We aim to keep Daqiq running and available, but we do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee. We may need to take the service down for maintenance, and we will give notice where we reasonably can.
Where a paid plan applies, pricing and billing terms will be those agreed with you in writing. Fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Daqiq is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify account holders by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Daqiq after that date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before starting formal proceedings, both parties agree to try in good faith to resolve the matter by talking to each other first.
